Sam Jones
Managing Partner
Sam Jones has actively invested in real estate and new development for 10+ years, with a focus on multifamily.
Prior to Greeson, Sam was Managing Director at Rockport Equity. They continue in partnership maintaining a multifamily portfolio.
As Director of Origination at Barings Multifamily, he directed the sourcing and structuring of agency, bridge, and bank debt, as well as preferred equity and mezzanine structures.
Sam has been directly involved in more than 150 closed transactions, across the the capital stack, representing more than $2 Billion in asset value.
